Bridging the gap for players, parents, and coaches
about BTG
Bridge The Gap (BTG) is a premier California-based baseball and softball training organization dedicated to closing the knowledge gap for players, parents, and coaches at every level of the game. We recognize that success isn’t just about talent—it’s about having access to the right information, guidance, and support along the way. Too often, athletes and families are left navigating important decisions on their own, which is why BTG was created to serve as a trusted, reliable resource for everyone involved in the journey.
Our experienced staff, led by former collegiate and professional athletes, brings a deep understanding of the game and a passion for teaching it the right way. We provide high-level instruction designed to help players build strong fundamentals, develop confidence, and reach their full potential. At the same time, we equip parents with the knowledge they need to confidently support their athletes—from choosing the right equipment and team to understanding the path to collegiate opportunities. For coaches, we offer practical insight and proven strategies to run efficient, effective practices that focus on the skills and concepts that matter most at each stage of development.
At BTG, our mission is simple: to educate, empower, and elevate everyone involved in baseball and softball by bridging the gap between uncertainty and success.
