Our Hitting and Defense training focuses on fundamental, high-rep, competitive training . Athletes work on proper hitting mechanics, approach, and timing at the plate, while defensive training emphasizes footwork, glove work, throwing accuracy, and overall field awareness. 

Our Pitching training is designed to develop durable, confident pitchers through a balance of sound mechanics, arm care, and performance training. Each athlete is coached with an emphasis on injury prevention, proper recovery, and long-term arm health while building the mental approach needed to compete on the mound.
